I have been compiling SVN version regularly, but since last week I got the folowing error: [code:1]../../amarok/src/.libs/libamarok.so: undefined reference to `TagLib::FileRef::addFileTypeResolver(TagLib::FileRef::FileTypeResolver const*)\'[/code:1] Here is configure status: [code:1] ========================== === amaroK - PLUGINS ======================================================== ========================== = = The following extra functionality will NOT be included: = - NMM-engine = - MAS-engine = - Helix-engine = - Postgresql Support = - MP4/AAC Tag Support = - iPod Support = = The following extra functionality will be included: = + aRts-engine = + aKode-engine = + GStreamer-engine = + xine-engine = + libvisual Support = + XMMS Visualization Wrapper = + MySql Support = + Konqueror Sidebar = + MusicBrainz Support = + Moodbar Support = + iRiver iFP Support = =============================================================================== [/code:1] I use Slackwate 10.2, KDE 3.5, QT 3.3.4, latest SVN version of Taglib Could you possibly tell me where the problem is? |

Uninstall taglib 1.3.

I have a failure when i build my amarok svn. i posted it once, but no one answered me. So please try to find what\'s wrong:
[code:1] ./amarok/src/tracktooltip.lo ./amarok/src/trackpickerdialog.lo ./amarok/src/trackpickerdialogbase.lo /usr/lib/libstdc++.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format collect2: ld returned 1 exit status Error creating ./amarok/src/libamarok.la. Exit status 1. make: *** [all] Fehler 1 [/code:1] I use SuSE 10.0 x86_64 and KDE 3.5.0 . Please help mee too, i love amarok. Thanks, Psymon |

That\'s because this error message is really weird. Could be something wrong with your libstdc++.

Another guy wrote to my problem in the german forum, that he has the same problem...

I just found a solution for this \"weird\" problem.
I installed the package \"compat-32bit\" on my SuSE Linux 10.0 x86_64 with KDE 3.5.0 And that was all. Now everything works. |
