I\'m using Gnome 2.12, and amarok\'s tray icon worked when I used Gnome\'s default window manager, but I\'ve since switched to using kwin. (for the eye candy, of course) Unfortunately, since doing that, amarok\'s tray icon no longer appears, regardless of the setting.
I\'m using amarok 1.4 SVN. On that note, why doesn\'t the \"suggested songs\" box work anymore? And, out of curiosity, where does that box get its ideas? |

just use the whole K Desktop Environment
suggested songs works quite well here.... though muesli told me that they will block this stuff for non-users, since they get a quite high amount of queries and the box gets its ideas form last.fm\'s similar aritist/songs informations
Annoyed with bbcode since 1999.

Ehh...there just are too many things I like about Gnome...and by that I mean that Nautilus=the greatest file manager ever. (at least in my opinion) There\'s probably some more. Of course, is there any way I could us KDE, but with Nautilus as the file manager? That would be rather awesome. Also, I am a user of last.fm, so I don\'t think that\'s the problem. Maybe it\'s a bug in the version I\'m using, and I should try re-building. |
