Hello.
Checked out SVN 10 or 15 minutes ago. Compiled and installed: it shows me a huge list of files that \"cause a problem\". Ok, i don\'t mind and try to add to playlist some songs that are not in collection: whole app crashing and does not show even an error message. Well, i go to my .kde dir and delete both `/.kde/share/apps/amarok and `/.kde/share/config/amarokrc and try to run amarok once again. No first run wizard, really nothing: it starts and then i try to configure my collection and get the same error about files that were there for last year. Trying to add some files from external source and getting the same crash. Right now amaroK tries to rescan my collection and shows me an error message every two minutes. Removing a dir from collection causes rescan and then an error message again, with different files (usually first album in first dir in list). I use taglib from SVN if it does matter. |

This might be related to the recent upgrade of sqlite. You might try using an external sqlite library or mysql.

No, this probably means his TagLib is broken. Uninstall it, and compile a fresh TagLib 1.4.
Some distros deliver broken TagLib packages; we\'ve seen this a lot in the last days.
