problem with SVN

Sun Feb 26, 2006 12:58 am
i have compiled the 513663 revision, and now when i try to rescan my collection it doesn\'t work. This is the ouput of the amarok command.

[code:1]
[CollectionDB] [ERROR!] [virtual QStringList SqliteConnection::query(const QString&«»)] sqlite3_compile error:
amarok: [CollectionDB] [ERROR!] unsupported file format
[/code:1]

The same error appears for each song that it finds...

amaroK SVN recently updated the internal sqlite version and then downgraded again because latest version has problems with German umlauts. Maybe it helps to delete collection.db, as the format changed between two sqlite versions.

From the changelog of the sqlite change:
Downgrade SQLite to version 3.2.7, until the problems with non-ASCII characters are fixed.

NOTE: You may need to delete your collection.db, since the database format was changed between 3.2 and 3.3.
