Amarok: 1.3.8
Ipod: Mini, lastest firmware (1.4.1 I believe it was) mounted at /mnt/ipod Problem being that when my iPod is mounted it\'s mounted as read-only for everyone except root. Chmodding does not work either. My fstab entry as follows: /dev/sdc2 /mnt/ipod vfat defaults,noauto,users,rw,iocharset=utf8,shortname=mixed 0 0 Should be okay one would think? Any ideas? |

i think the option should be \'user\', not \'users\'. then you should be able to mount it as a regular user, and then this very same user should be able to access it.
