I\'ve been running amarok 1.4beta2 when suddently when I started it again it crashed with this error:
[code:1]amarokapp: relocation error: /usr/lib/libamarok.so.0: undefined symbol: _ZN6TagLib7FileRef19addFileTypeResolverEPKNS0_16FileTypeResolverE[/code:1]

I know relocation error is caused by a library being compiled with a diferent compiler but it was running just fine and I didn\'t change anything.I\'ve compiled both taglib1.4 and amarok with gcc3.4 but still it fails with the same error...
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I got that when I had used an older kdelibs package. What version is that at for you? Also try recompiling it if you have changed your kdelibs version recently. (I had a similar problem with another KDE app and recompile seemed to work for me)

I\'ll try that and say how it goes.
But is there a way to tell wich library is bad?
Thanks!

You might have an old taglib still installed.

Yes!It was that!I\'ve installed kdemultimedia (to try and compile the \"new and improved\" amarok 2.0) and somehow it installed an old taglib version and I didn\'t notice!
Thank you very much!
