Hello,

two questions on using iPod with amarok:

o Postings in this forum talk about some 1.4 and 4.1 versions, but
I couldn\'t find any of them in the download section.

o On my Debian Etch box running amarok 1.3.8-1 amarok does not
recognize the iPod when it\'s plugged in (mounted or unmounted)

I found nothing suitable in the docs/ FAQ, when searching in this
forum.

Any hints?

You\'re not advised to use amarok 1.3.* with 4th gen or newer ipods (you won\'t be able to see more than 256 songs on your ipod due to a bug that won\'t be fixed in 1.3.*). People are referring to amaroK 1.4 beta versions - beta3 was out this Sunday. You will find links from where to get it on amarok.kde.org.
