running amarok 1.4b3 on kubuntu dapper flight 6. works well, exept xine engine doesnt work, gstreamer.10 works well. my biggest complaint w/1.4 is the lyrics. instead of it working like it always has, none of the 3 lyrics scripts that come w/it work...all giving errors:
lyrics: astraweb: error 127 /usr/binenv: ruby: no such file
lyrics: lyrc same error
lyrics: lyriki same error
go back to the way the lyrics were, but have the option to *save* the lyrics forever instead of cache them. also the new icons are nice, and i\'ve always wanted amarok to have its own icon set, but these are way to light. you can hardly tell if the dice is on random or not.
i also happened to like the \"home\" tab...i liked the stuff it told me. ya, i can loot at stats, but, its different.

kudo\'s on the media device tab to, much improved. it makes me happy. i have few mp3 players. most of them i can now directly use from amarok. very cool.
overall, its much nicer, and more polished. can\'t wait for it to go liveB)

Lyrics require Ruby.
amaroK doesn\'t save the lyrics due to legal issues. Well, I\'m happy that the devs have solved the problem by caching the lyrics.

You don\'t have to use the icons if you don\'t want. In the Configure window, General, uncheck \"Use custom icon theme(requires restart)\".
