Problem installing Amarok 1.4beta3c

Hi !
I'm trying to install amarok 1.4beta 3c to my suse 10 but receibe following error during configure
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
What to do?
Consider i'm newbe to linux.....

vc tem q instalar a libqt3
vc usa qual gerenciador de Janela? por acaso eh o KDE !!
se for v´a em www.kde.org e pegue o KDE-Libs 3.5.1 ou superior , q vai funcionar
