Okay, my mistake here.

I was trying to slim down the page generated by webcontrol.py so that it ran faster on my PDA and I accidentally broke it. It seems that, working late, I had accidentally worked on the original template.thtml rather than my backup.

Does anyone know where I can get an unb0rked version of this file from?
Perhaps someone could be so kind as to attach theirs to a reply? It's located at:
/usr/share/apps/amarok/scripts/webcontrol/template.thtml
