Hi,

I just updated to amaroK 1.4.0 on Ubuntu Dapper and my whole configuration seems to be broken.
amaroK first told me it could't find my xine engine, after a lot of restarting and changing the configuration it seems to "work" now, but it's playing songs way too fast.
I tried to remove .kde/share/apps/amarok/xine-config. but it didn't help.
Is there anything I can do at the moment?

try playing the mp3s directly with xine

Tell us if they still play at double the speed
