I updated aMarok to latest from guru's repository for SUSE 10.1 x86_64.

Problem:
Using MySQL as db for amarok. Have around 200GB music collection.
When scanning for collection, it always stalls, i.e never completes the full scan.
By stalling I mean that the progress bar gets stuck at around 93%.

What is this? 200GB is not that much. How can I trace the prob and report the bug if it so.

Note:
I had this problem with previous versions as well, both of amarok and older SUSEs.
One way to resolve this was to not select the master directory under which all the music collection is,
but to select around 50% manually each folder, once completed scanning, then add few more folders -> rescan -> and so on.

Problem resolved.

Markey from #amarok helped me to solve the issue.
There was one mp3 file at which it was getting stuck when scanning.
Removing the file from the folder completed the scanning.
