Hi,

I've got 2 soundcards installed on my system.  Both work fine in Amarok when used independantly, but I'd like to get both outputs going at the same time, if I can.

I'm using the xine engine, and have tried various methods of listing both cards in the same line(hw:0;hw:1, hw:0 & hw:1, hw:0 + hw:1, etc).

Is this possible?

Cheers,

I wouldn't look into amarok for this, but more into alsa.
I'm no alsa guru, but i think you can do something like this by creating virtual devices with an alsa.conf file (or asoundrc ).

Look here : http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/do ... le=Generic
