I am user of suse10 and have made an update yesterday to KDE 3.5.3

Curiously amarok 1.4  is not more able to read my iPod.    But, it is possible to work with gtkpod.

The iPod is still recognize by suse and it is possible to open it with konqueror.

Have some one any idea?

I have KDE to the last Version once again updated.
I have used the amaroK 1.4 rpm File available in the repositories from opensuse.org with the above described behavior, i.e. it was not possible to read the iPod from amaroK.
After that I installed the rpm from Guru (http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/index.php) and see then after adjust it I can read my iPod using KDE 3.5.3
