plugins error message

i'm currently using ubuntu 6.06. i am able to install a script through script manager with no problem, but when i attempt to run the script, i get the following error message...

"sh: kdialog: command not found
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/tim/.kde/share/apps/amarok/scripts/desktop/desktop.py", line 31, in ?
from qt import *
ImportError: No module named qt"

any help is appreciated!

I think you need PyQt.
