Amarok starts up everytime, I load KDE.  I don't want it to do this.  I started it, just to see what it was, and now it loads, every single time, I log in to my account.  Help please!!!

Sounds like you're using session management. Quit Amarok, then click the K menu and select "Save Session..."
This will save a new session file where Amarok isn't running.

Or disable sessions altogether via the kontrol centre.
