Thanks for all the replys .
Is there a way for me to get it working properly in x86_64 (bearing in mind I'm no Linux God)? I don't often play MP3's and all my music is ogg. |

If you live in a country where there are no software patents, I would advise you to add the livna repository (equivalent to non-free in Debian for example) by running this command as root:
"rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-5.rpm" Then you can add the amarok-extras-nonfree package (for example with "yum install amarok-extras-nonfree", as root too). This should get you the xine engine, which works on x86_64 and decodes mp3s. |
