Before upgrading to Amarok 1.4, all of my m4a files were ignored, since that version of amarok could not play them. Now that 1.4 has been released, it has started adding my m4a files to by library. I did not expect amarok 1.4 to be able to play the itunes copy protected songs, i just expected it to ignore them. Unfortunately when scanning my library, as soon as it hits an itunes copy protected file, it quickly chews up all of my system memory and hangs the scanning process. I have many m4a file which amarok plays nice with, it is only the copy protected ones which cause the problem. Is this a known problem? If not I think that amarok needs an update which will not cause it to hang up on these files.
