In the main player window, Playlist > Add last.fm Stream > Custom Station.

Then in the window that comes up, paste "lastfm://user//recommended/100" (replacing "" as appropriate, of course). Then hit enter or click the OK button, and it's added to the playlist.

To add it to the playlists browser, right-click on "Last.fm Radio" and click "Add Last.fm Radio..." and fill out the window that comes up with the name you want displayed and the url from the previous paragraph.
