Hy,
we build a Linux-Desktop with KDE-Kiosk-Mode activated, and as for Amarok beeing the best Player in the world, we want to include it into the Desktop. The Problem: We locked down the access outside Users-Home by the Kiosk-Mode. When you open "Configure Collection", the default view ist the complete / (root) tree. But the kiosk-mode restricts the access to / and so the user gets an error, an empty tree and is unable to configure his colleciton. So what can I do to get out of this? 1: Change the default view of configure dialog to the users-home or 2: Disable this dialog as it is already set up popperly to /home/user/Music Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Andreas |
