Everytime I restart my computer or turn off the external, the collection clears and the files in the playlist grey out.

How do I get Amarok to understand that it's on an external and will come back.
In WMP as long as you don't play the file while the external is off then you're ok, but Amarok doesn't even like that.

Is there a plugin I need or a trick, because right now I've resorted to clearing the playlist and manually adding media everytime I want to listen to music which sucks because I want to make playlists.

turn on - grey out - - repopulate playlist - play music - turn off -

I hate the cycle. Over and over.
