I recently noticed some strange behavior in amarok. Sometime (difinitly not always) it plays only the first 1 to 3 seconds of a song and then jumps forward to the next song. When I doublclick the skipped song it plays fine, so I don'r believe it has something to do with fileformat etc... Amarok is set to play throug awhole Album, not shuffle, no mexing between tracks, just "plain playback"... It's reall yannoying, when you listen to a Album and some tracks are skipped automatically in a random manner...
Can somebody help me with this?

Actually my post was in october... since then I updated amarok more than once and I recently installed a whole new Linux (OpenSuSE 10.2) on my PC... So, at the moment this "bug" seems to be gone... (Now Amarok-Version is 1.4.4 from Guru's Repository (installed via SMART), My Linux is OpenSuSE 10.2 with Kernel 2.6.19-rt... patched for reeltime-music-making...
