I can edit shortcuts under Settings->Configure Global Shortcuts

I want to do this outside of Amarok (I'm unable to type some of the keys I'd like to configure). Where is this configuration stored?

I don't see it in ~/.kde/* with a grep..

help?

have a poke through control center - I'm sure they're in there somewhere.

I'm sure I can find them through the GUI. I want to edit the configuration files, but I can't find the files.
