All kinds of conflicts with Amarok when using Suse update.

Hi there

Can anyone help me with my Suse update problem?  I run Suse 10.0 on a Compaq laptop and have Amarok version 1.3.8 installed (which I love by the way!)

If I try to use YaST to do a system update I get a big list of problems, all involving Amarok.  Here is the conflict list:

It seems to suggest that I delete Amarok!  Also, as a new user I don't understand what the problem with Amarok-helix is... or even what this is!  If I try to update just Amarok with YaST I again get a whole load of conflicts.  I'm still quite new to Linux, so please excuse my ignorance.
