Shared Music: only the first track

Tue Nov 14, 2006 10:28 pm
Hi

I use amarok 1.4.3 (kde 3.5.5) from the latest kubuntu 6.10.
Under media devices, I have added a shared music device
according to the description in
http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Music_Sharing

When I click on connect I see: 192.168.1.31 - which is the IP of
my local music server (where I am connected to via a router, as you see).

When I click on the 192... IP, it says: Loading 192 .... --
so, I am connected to the server. But instead of transfering the list of
albums/tracks from the server, I ONLY get from the FIRST interpret
the FIRST album the FIRST track (in alphabetic order) and nothing else.
I can listen to the stream of that track (as expected), but I miss
all the other tracks of that album -- not to mention the other albums,
interprets etc.

Does someone has any clue why all the others are missing?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot.
