Hi,
I'm using my music collection with iTunes in a mac as well as with Amarok 1.4.4 on Kubuntu 6.10. After I had rearranged my files with iTunes I wanted Amarok to scan the collection. At about 50 % it stopped and told me there were to many problems and listed the files it couldn't read. All these files were hidden. As you maybe know, MacOS creates hidden files when writing on an alien file system. So I had lots of hidden files ending on *.mp3. Is there a way to tell Amarok to skip hidden files while scanning the collection? Thanks, Manuel |

Well the scanner shouldn't crash so much anyway. This, btw, is a Kubuntu specific problem, which we just discovered. The package has been built with a bad compiler flag.
