Hi people
I have a problem with Amarok on Ubuntu 6.06. No tracks are showing up in my collection. No matter the format, encoding, mounted local or via network. I've tried lots of different things and versions of Amarok. Currently version 1.4.4. I can manually add files via the files tab and it plays perfectly. Both Ogg and MP3.

Does anybody have any suggestions since I'm really getting quite frustrated with trying all sorts of tricks? And I shold be concentrating on my exams...

I forgot to say that the collection correctly shows all artists and albums of my mp3's. It's just that under the albums no files are shown. Clicking on an album gives the option to "edit information for 0 tracks" even though there deffinitely are files in those folders.

Comon guys... somebody must have an idea about what's wrong. Should I report this as a bug, even though I have no clue what so ever about what is causing the problem? Or should I just settle for using Songbird instead?
