I keep my covers in the dir with the music, most often there is more than one image (front.jpg, back.jpg for ex.)
after I add the dir to amarok it takes the firsts image by default (in this case, back.jpg and not front.jpg) when I right click set cover to front.jpg, back.jpg is then completely and forever deleted from the directory. should this be happening? |

Fixed in SVN.
This was, btw, a feature actually requested by a user. Shows how different tastes are.

feature? if someone actually wanted the app to delete files unknowingly to the user they should go with iTunes!
thanks for fixing it. |

First of all thanks for a fantastic player, amarok is THE player
I lost some album art on this "feature" as well, but as I'm a newbie to linux i don't understand what you mean with "its fixed in svn"? I have debian unstable and run amarok 1.4.4 and this feature is still here, is there a way to get a even newer version without having to compile it myself? thanks |

It means it will be fixed in 1.4.5. So you have to wait a bit (some time this month).
