After I changed my operating system from SuSe 10.1 to OpenSuSe 10.2 and trying to get amarok's DB working again, I got trouble with the ratings of my mp3's.

That's what I did:

old operating system SuSe 10.1:
amarok-1.4.4
postgres (PostgreSQL)

Code: Select all
psql amarok > ~/amarokDB.sql

copy ~/.kde/apps/amarok to new home directory
copy ~/.kde/config/amarokrc to new home directory

At the new operating system SuSe 10.2:

amarok-1.4.4-108.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
amarok-libvisual-1.4.4-108.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
amarok-xine-1.4.4-108.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
amarok-xmms-1.4.4-108.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
libifp-1.0.0.2-1.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
libmtp-0.1.0-2.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
libtunepimp-0.5.3-100.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
libtunepimp-mad-0.5.3-100.guru.suse102.i686.rpm
libtunepimp-mp4-0.5.3-100.guru.suse102.i686.rpm

postgres (PostgreSQL) 8.1.5

Code: Select all
#same user, same password
createuser -P -E xyz

#same DB-Name
createdb -E=UTF8 amarok

psql amarok < ~/amarokDB.sql

recover my collection in amarok

All mp3's seems to be playable as before, but all of the ratings in the 'statistics' table in the postgresDB aren't be displayed in amarok allthough each value is still in the table as before.

What's the problem? Have I done any mistakes?
