Compile problems (OS X)

Fri Feb 02, 2007 3:03 pm
Hi

I installed amarok via fink, but I had problems building a collection (http://amarok.kde.org/forum/index.php/topic,13367.0.html).

So I tried to compile amarok manually with mysql support, but i get an error:
ld: multiple definitions of symbol ___udivdi3
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/libgcc.a(_udivdi3.o) private external definition of ___udivdi3 in section (__TEXT,__text)

make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

I have no idea how to solve this.
I tried amarok 1.4.4. and the 1.4.5. version Mark Kretschmann posted yesterday in the forum.

thanks for your help

This is answered here.

You could try the (untested) suggestion here.
