Hi,

I'm using FC6's distribution of Amarok with xine engine.
For some reason, .rm files are not played by Amarok, it just skips over them.

Is there a way to make them work?
I'd like to keep using xine engine (which supposedly supports real media, according to their faq)

Try to play them with xine alone (xine some_file.rm). I guess they will not play and you lack the needed codecs.
You can get them from the download page of mplayer (mplayerhq.hu). See the description there on how to use them!
