I've been looking for an answer to this and search hasn't turned anything up:

I'm using Feisty with a Sansa E260.  Amarok will see my player using MTP, however, it doesn't see any of the files that are actually on the player.  I have been using USB-drive mode and loaded them previously.  I can transfer files fine, and those are seen, but I've got about a gig of music that doesn't come up.  I rescanned the collection but it only seems to see things on the harddrive.  I looked through the menus and couldn't find anything. 

Any help on how to get Amarok to see all the music on my device?
