I just installed kubuntu ! The system is great I have a HP 8305us laptop and it runs really nice.
I have an issue with using my wireless lan. When I try to setup a connection I do not have an option for 64 or 128 bit encryption. I can only choose 104 bits. My Linksys router uses 64 or 128 bits. Where or How can I update the OS to resolve the issue?

You better ask this in a kubuntu / general Linux forum.
I cannot see how Amarok is related to your problems.
