Hi guys,

I am pretty new to linux so please bear with me   I had Amarok running for the longest time but then a few months ago it just stopped loadingl.  The process is running under ksysguard after I try to run it, but nothing ever appears. I have tried uninstalling and rolling back to older versions all to no avail. Currently I have 1.4.7 installed. I am running opensuse 10.2 on an Acer Travelmate 4500. I ran amarok in Konsole and this was some of the output:

It really doesnt mean anything to me..I dont know what to do at this point, so any help is appreciated. Let me know if there is any additional info i can provide.

Thanks Hans! That more than helped--was exactly the problem.  I turned off Prelink under YaST and it has been working like a charm ever since.  I am wondering if i would have just reran prelink if it would have fixed the problem too...I might try that later, but right now i have some music to listen to!
