1 - I know that I'm not exactly the brightest star in the sky, but is there a comprehensive Amarok manual?  Where can I find it?

2 - I keep getting a little blurb on my desktop - "starting 10/10 Amarok is seriously super" - that's tomorrow!  what happens, apart from the day being the 90th birth anniversary of Thelonious Monk?

The Wiki is a gret place for help, if you don't like the KDE help. You can also help expanding the help pages if you know a bit of Amarok. For further help you can access the IRC. The Seriously super is the comment which is found on the Amarok's .desktop file. check you KDE config or edit the .desktop file.

so far I haven't been able to get the handbook thing (the built in help) to work - although just about everything else about amarok DOES work so I am not complaining!

will check out what's in wiki - I need to learn more about what Am can do...
