Amarok skips to next track in queue, when editing the current one - is this ok?

Hi,

I use Amarok 1.4.7 on openSUSE 10.3, playing mostly mp3s, with the Xine engine.

Let's say I queue some songs: A, B, C. Let's say A is currently playing. I right click on it and choose "Edit Track Information". I modify something and click on "Save & Close". In that exact moment, Amarok skips playing to song B.

Why? It is very annoying to me! Is this a bug or a feature? If it's a feature, can it be disabled?

Thanks!

Hi,

This is definatly not a feature :)  It's a bug.  I'll alert the proper parties, but you may want to file a bug on bugs.kde.org

I suggest you report this on bugs.kde.org - I can't reproduce it, but another user was able to.

I've found a similar (or maybe the same) bug and I've added a comment: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150184
