I'm using a fresh install of KUBUNTU 7.10 and Amarok 1.4.7 (Using KDE 3.5.
![]() My collection is all on a NAS storage device in a directory called music and subdirectories of #, A,B,C,....X,Y,Z. In total I have 21287 music files all in FLAC When I scan the top level directory the scan finishes with errors "The Collection Scanner was unable to process these files:" Now one of the files it always seems to fail on is in directory: /root/media/N4100/Music/A/Aerosmith (2005) - Gold (2 DIscs) If I scan just the Aerosmith (2005) - Gold (2 Discs) it scans with NO errors If I scan the A directory it fails just the same as if I scanned the Music directory. I will add that I have scanned this same NAS storage with FOOBAR2000 under Windows XP and it scanned with no errors at all. |
