I'm trying to run Amarok 1.4, built from fink, under OS X Leopard.  I'm trying to use the xine engine and the esd output driver.  I keep getting a dialog stating, "xine was unable to initialize any audio drivers."

I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm running esd before I launch Amarok, and I hear the esd startup beeps, so I know esd works.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this further?
