Hi,
I'm new to Kubuntu and Amarok. Until now I used *ducking* iTunes. I'm used to play music directly from the collection without creating any playlist. I could not find that mode in Amarok. Is it true that such mode does not exist or do I oversee a function? Thanks. |

No, this isn't how Amarok works. Just double-click any track in the collection, then it gets added to the playlist and playback will automatically start.

Hhmm. Now the question is, if I could fulfil my needs with Amarok. Ok, lets asume I will work with playlist. It should always have three features : 1 contain always complete albums, which form a group 2 the order is always by album 3 "creating" the playlist should work on the fly in a horizontal bar with genre, interpret and album In other words: I like to "emulate" the display mode of "iTunes" which I really like. Hope it is allowed to say that here. Is it clear what my wish is? |
