Hello,
First of all, I've gotta say I'm french, so maybe will I make english mistakes : please excuse me for this ![]() I installed Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon on Wilson, my Toshiba Satellite A200-1DT, just a week ago. And today, I installed Amarok 1.4.7 : that software is really fantastic ![]() In the second part of this lecture, I would like to tell you about THAT DAMN VISUALIZATION picture !! When the Amarok playlist window is toggled and reduce, the visualization picture stays on the screen, and I can see it right now, upside to he Firefox window. It's a bit boring... Isn't there a way to fix his ? I had a third question ! But I've forgotten it ! ![]() ![]() Thanks to all. Edit : I found back my question !!! o/ ^^ I've got a Samsung YP-U3 MP3 reader, named Aybatu!. It is a model that is not recognized as a USB peripheric by Wilson. I need the Samsung Media Studio to load music on it, but this program works only for Windows. I've seen that Amarok supports iPods... Is there somewhere in this world a plugin for Amarok, or any Linux program, that could alow me to transfer files up and down to Aybatu! ? I'm tired of rebooting Wilson to get Windows each time I want to change the music I've got in my pocket ^^ xxx

I up my post, and...
I profit to precise my problem : in fact it's not my special shortcuts that don't work with Amarok ^_^ When I run the program, I set up some shortcuts and it works fine. But when I make Amarok window pass under the others, he don't react anymore to all shortcuts : default ones, special, these I've just setup... That's strange, because when I run others music player at the same time, the same shortcuts work perfectly. Could this be related to the pesistance of my visualization picture ? |
