Hi there,

I don't remember having this trouble before.
I add an MTP device in the Amarok options dialog, then I can use my MTP device.
But then, when I close Amarok and starts it again, my MTP device is not in the options dialog anymore.
Furthermore, if I try to add again the MTP device, Amarok tells me that a device already exists with this name! So, each time I want to connect my MTP device, I have to create a new entry with a new name.

I'm using Amarok 1.4.9 on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy 64bits.

I can confirm this behavior.  Also using version 1.4.9 on Hardy 32-bit.

Hey, get the last version, and you'll probably see a pile of MTP device in your config dialog :D

Great soft that is Amarok, I've tried quite a lot, and even if I'm not a big fan of the KDE layout (I'm under Buntu), I've found that it's just the best!

Cheers :)
