Hey! I've just downloaded necessary Amarok packages, and I have no idea as to where to find them on my system now, and how to get about installing it. Any suggestions?

And how are we supposed to know where you've downloaded your files?

More questions than answers, but that is what you get for giving so little information. 
If you use Firefox, check if your files are on your desktop or home directory.
