Amarok corrupting my WMA files

Fri Jun 06, 2008 10:08 pm
First of all, i have to say that I am loving Amarok, it has everything I need, the design and the GUI is very good. It plays all my files and the cover/tagging functions are lovely too.
But I got a problem: I changed the metadata of some wma files in amarok and now I am unable to play them with Windows. They're only running on Amarok. I tried playing them with musicCube and Winamp, but the problem persists. Is there a way to make them playable again without deleting there id-tags or something? How to fix this problem in Amarok? Is it a bug? :D
Thank you very much!
PS: I am using Amarok with Ubuntu Hardy and Gnome 2.22.2. I think I got the latest version, but I don't know exactly where to look it up.
