Hi !
I'm trying to install amarok 2 on my MacBook (10.4.11, 2.16 Ghz intel Core 2 Duo, 2 Go 667 Mhz DDR2) following the excellent wiki page (http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Amarok2_On_OS_X). I sucesfully went through all the steps until the last final point : build amarok. When I compile amarok I get this error : [ 70%] Built target mp4 Linking CXX shared module ../../lib/plasma_animator_default.so /usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols: Plasma::AnimationDriver::itemSlideIn(double, QGraphicsItem*, QPoint const&, QPoint const&) Plasma::AnimationDriver::qt_metacall(QMetaObject::Call, int, void**) Plasma::AnimationDriver::qt_metacast(char const*) Plasma::AnimationDriver::itemSlideOut(double, QGraphicsItem*, QPoint const&, QPoint const&) Plasma::AnimationDriver::itemActivated(double, QGraphicsItem*) Plasma::AnimationDriver::staticMetaObject Plasma::AnimationDriver::AnimationDriver(QObject*) Plasma::AnimationDriver::~AnimationDriver() Plasma::AnimationDriver::animationCurve(Plasma::Animator::Animation) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::animationDuration(Plasma::Animator::Animation) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::movementAnimationFps(Plasma::Animator::Movement) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::elementAnimationCurve(Plasma::Animator::Animation) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::movementAnimationCurve(Plasma::Animator::Movement) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::elementAnimationDuration(Plasma::Animator::Animation) const Plasma::AnimationDriver::movementAnimationDuration(Plasma::Animator::Movement) const typeinfo for Plasma::AnimationDriver collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [lib/plasma_animator_default.so] Error 1 make[1]: *** [src/context/CMakeFiles/plasma_animator_default.dir/all] Error 2 make: *** [all] Error 2 Someone allready had this error ? Have you tried 'svn update amarok' and recompiling?
I got past this, in fact got through the whole lot, only to eventually fail on launch. I'm using kdelibs etc from http://mac.kde.org/?id=download and A2 svn, Revision: 825388. Problem report:
Any suggestions? I haven't applied Ranger Rick's plasma patch - is this required for Leopard, or just Panther?
