Hi there,


I've been using Amarok2 a half year or so and most things worked out nice. But since 2 months
amarok doesn't plays music, regardless of which format. I can push the play button 1-million times,
but nothing happens.
I'm using opensuse 11.0 and kde4.1

Any ideas?

Have U try to reinstall and remove .kde4/share/apps/amarok/
This will DELETE your configs but it may solve the problem, anyway they've changed something in collection database in beta1, so U have to do it anyway to make it work.

Same setup, same problem. Uninstalled amarok, removed ~/.kde4/share/apps/amarok/ and then installed amarok again - it didn't help.

Got it!!! I needed to install the phonon-xine driver!!
