Hi,
just installed the amarok 2 beta on my 10.5 machine, and everything works fine and dandy apart from it not leting me assign my external drive as the location of my collection. It can play the files in it as media, but won't accept it as a source for the collection. I tried to get to it through /volumes/, but it doesn't "see" the directory. Am I missing something? I just want to get back to my fave audio player from ubuntu times!! Thanks in advance!! |

I got around this by mounting the drive through fstab onto /mnt/whatever and pointing the collection scanner there. I did notice that it was very slow building a network collection wia wireless though, so if you can attach a network cable hopefully it'll be faster. I'm yet to test this though.
