Howdy, searched but didn't see anything, sorry if this has already been addressed.

Amarok 1.4.9.1, KDE 3.5.9, mySQL

1) Updating labels by artist or album does not appear to work if you attempt to remove one label but leave others.  For example, I have 3 labels assigned to an album, "Favs", "Blues", and "Harmonica".  I right-click on the album in the collection, choose to update the tracks, removing "Favs".  After clicking "Save and Close", if I go back into any of the tracks, the "Favs" label is still there.

However, if I choose the "by track" method, then the update works correctly.  (Quite tedious though, if you have a lot of tracks.)

This also happens if you both add a new, and remove an old label.

Sounds like a simple fix, when updating, it just needs to wipe all old labels first, then add in the new ones.  I know, two passes through the DB, but unless you're updating thousands of tracks at once it shouldn't be *too* intensive.

2)  When editing labels, there is no text visible in the "Your Favorite Labels" section.  The edit section is fine.  The labels in the "Your Favorite Labels" section *are* there - you just can't see them - as you can click around in the apparently empty space of the "Your Favorite Labels" section and labels will appear below in the edit section, appended to any current labels you have assigned.

So far as I can tell, the invisible favorite labels are alphabetized, and it does seem to be aware of the ones already assigned, as they do not seem to be in the list of favorites.

Oops, should have checked bugs.kde.org first.  DOH!  :p

Editing Problem is bug # 147343
Invisible Labels is bug # 145356

Basically everything's on hold until v2 is out.
