If i try to play a mp3 in amarok svn compiled with kdesvn-build, nothing happens. All codecs work properly and i'm able to play mp3 with other ke4 tools compiled from svn such us kplayer, juK and dragon. if i launch amarok form konsole and i try to play a mp3, it tells this (http://pastebin.com/m50bf0f9b).

You're definitely missing the right codec for the xine Phonon backend. See here:
