ZEN VISION M (60G) Battery !

Hi All
I need your help and experience. I opened my ZVM and just looked at it. after that I assembled it, I wanted to charge the ZVM, I plugged the USB cable and it startet falshing the blue light. After 2 or 3 hours I realized that it didnt turn on and when I turned it on by myself, it didnt! suddenly I found out that the battery is cold, I mean after 2 or 3 hours charging it should not be that much cold !!!! the cable of battery is connected to the main board. I checked it again. the blue light is flashing but the battery is not charging !!!! wats the problem !!!! |

Aaaaand I reiterate... start a support ticket with Creative support desk. A quick web search should get you going. Your request is beyond the scope of this forum.
