I started having trouble with Amarok 1.4.10 (kde 3.5.10) after I upgraded to Ubuntu 8.10.

Program opens just fine, plays the first track and then goes mute in the second, though the track, and the rest of the playlist, will still play on. A popwindow appears saying "Audio output unavailable, the device is busy. Xine parameters:", and that's it.
Then, when I quit the program and restart it, it will not play anything. Tried reinstalling it, only to have the same problem. Also changing the Xine set up, with no results.
Tracks in Rythmbox play just fine, as they do in other media players.
I'm a bit of a novice here, please help, i really like Amarok and would love to use it.
